We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photos, dimensions, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Norvendell™ offers everyday household and lifestyle products, such as home organization, kitchen utility, cleaning accessories, and personal convenience items. Colors and finishes may vary with lighting, screens, and production batches; measurements and weights can be approximate. Minor differences are not necessarily defects. A product listing does not claim exclusive or original design unless expressly stated.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and may not mean final acceptance. We may verify payment, inventory, fraud risk, and fulfillment. We may refuse, limit, or cancel where reasonably necessary for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing or listing errors, legal or shipping restrictions, or inability to deliver. Any captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded appropriately.

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation; busy periods may require up to 5. Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Once an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, an eligible refund is initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; provider posting can take longer. There is no restocking fee for an approved return. Return shipping and original shipping treatment depend on the reason.

Inspect promptly and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Provide your order number and relevant images of the item, issue, packaging, and label. After confirmation of our error, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, reshipment, return, or other reasonable solution without additional costs caused by that error.

Request changes or cancellation promptly. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee them after processing, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch. No cancellation fee is charged for successful cancellation before fulfillment.

Offers may have expiration dates, eligibility rules, minimum purchases, exclusions, availability, usage limits, or other displayed conditions. Unless stated otherwise, they have no cash redemption value and cannot be combined. Apply discounts before completing checkout.

Personal shopping and lawful noncommercial use are permitted. Do not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where the law allows.

Submitted reviews, photos, or comments must be accurate, lawful, and respect others’ rights. By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it to operate, promote, and improve the store, subject to law and the Privacy Policy. We may decline or remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, sensitive, or irrelevant submissions.

Do not commit fraud, submit unauthorized payment details, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, access systems without permission, collect others’ information unlawfully, infringe rights, or misrepresent your connection with Norvendell™. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where prohibited conduct is identified.

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, such as severe weather, disasters, carrier interruptions, transport restrictions, labor disruption, government action, customs delays, infrastructure failure, or broad technical outages. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and provide an appropriate solution.
